We had a very full and fun day in Enoree South Carolina at simple Times Farms. We learned all about the ways of the people in colonial times. We learned and experienced history and many forgotten life skills... Everything from the building of barns to growing and processing food to spinning wool for making clothes. Foraging and making natural dyes for clothing, Milking cows, making our own butter, and we even got to craft hand made candles! What a day!
We can't wait to go again next year to visit the wonderful people out at simple times farm!
