The BIG Changes...And Our Happy Ending In 2010

Well...We did it!

We finally made our dreams come true, after a very full year we transplanted our roots to the beautiful state of South Carolina.  Now our year at a glance: We moved in together at the first of the year in 2010, we found out we were pregnant in February, Michael and I were both laid off at the end of march and Michael quickly found new employment, Emily turned 4 in April, We were married on a beautiful day in May, we packed up our apartment for a temporary stay at Michael's parents home starting in June, and moved in July, had an amazing month just the three of us in august, Bella was born on my birthday in September, and we moved to "OUR New Home Town" in South Carolina in mid October, We thoroughly enjoyed our thanksgiving and family time together this November, with my sister Amy and her husband Adam and their 3 children Andrew, Ally, and Ashton as they graciously invited us to stay in their home for the holidays. We are so looking forward to our first Christmas this December together as a family, both the 4 Brats and our first Christmas with the Larsen's. The girls have so much fun with their cousins, and we are so excited to be able to watch them grow together in the coming months.

We are so thankful for our families, so much thanks to both of our families and parents for your support. We couldn't be happier, this is exactly where we want to be. Even though Michael and I were both born and raised in Phoenix Arizona, and its where our roots began, and our family remains. We loved our stay in SC and chose to "transplant" our roots here for a better and more beautiful life for our children. With so many things to do out doors, all the four very colorful and stunningly beautiful seasons, a slower more relaxing life out of the city, we find more opportunity to enjoy our lives, our children, our families, and each other out here in the country. We are so very grateful for all that we have and for where we are going in our journey together.
