Our Funday Sunday

We're sure enjoying having Papa Rich stay with us! We had a wonderful breakfast at IHOP and we also ran some errands today at Walmart you can see Emily here being placed in a foot stool by her papa rich of course! He's always fun LOL

We got a chance to return to the new property in six mile Sunday evening! We were very glad to be able to take along my father-in-law a.k.a. F I L Richard Bratovich (Michael's dad). Thankfully, he was able to help us look at some things so we could make some decisions to go in and do some renegotiating! As he (Papa Rich) says "From here, It's all Lipstick and Rouge" :) A few minor fix ups and finishing some paint jobs and soon it'll be called home!
