Our offer was accepted last week on Friday April 6th :) on a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with a fireplace on just over 3Acres in Six Mile, (in Pickens County)
Monday April 9th, 2012 at 5PM, we had our home inspection today on the property we want in Six Mile. Everything went well, just a few minor things, but we are very much looking forward to getting everything worked out and move forward! we will have a report Tuesday and will keep you up to date as much as possible! We are currently hoping for a June 1st closing date :) we are thrilled beyond belief! Another chapter to add to our life, more memories to be made, and we cant wait!
